These terms govern your use of houseandsofa.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. Where we cancel, we refund any amount already taken in full.

Pricing and descriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and delivery unless stated. We take care with product information, but dimensions, colours and specifications are supplied by our manufacturers and may vary slightly; screen colour reproduction also varies.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
