Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Because our items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, please read the section on freight deliveries below before signing for your order.

Inspect before you sign

Large items are delivered by freight carrier. Inspect the packaging before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt before signing and photograph it. A signed clean receipt makes a freight damage claim much harder to recover, and may prevent us from replacing the item free of charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement, a replacement part, or a full refund at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and repacked in their original carton with all parts and hardware. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a restocking fee of 0% applies. Freight return shipping on large items can be substantial — ask us for a quote before you commit.

How to start a return

Email rnbplus.inc@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with a return authorisation and the correct warehouse address. Items returned to the wrong address, or without authorisation, cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched, usually within 1-2 business days. Once an item has left the warehouse the standard return terms apply.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the item arriving back at the warehouse and passing inspection.
