Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside that area.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched from the warehouse closest to you. Delivery then takes a further 5-10 business days, depending on the size of the item and your distance from the warehouse.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. Any charge that does apply is shown at checkout before you pay.

Freight delivery for large items

Larger furniture ships by freight carrier rather than parcel courier. The carrier will telephone you to arrange a delivery window, so please give a phone number you answer. Standard freight delivery is kerbside: the driver is not required to carry the item inside or to remove packaging. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign.

Inspect before you sign

Check the packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt, and note any damage on the receipt. This protects your right to a free replacement — see our Return and Refund Policy.

Multiple parcels

Sets and large items may ship in several cartons, sometimes on different days and with separate tracking numbers. This is normal; contact us if a carton has not arrived within three business days of the others.
